Most sports for visually impaired people are managed, at internation level, by IBSA (International Blind Sports Association). Each Sport is managed by a subcommittee that is dependant on IBSA and the Technical Manager of this authority. IBSA football subcommitted is managed by Carlos Campos for Spain and 7 other members: Tony LARKING (England), Martin DEMONTE (Argentina), Mario Sergio FONTES (Brazil), Lee CHANG WA (Korea), Julien ZELELA (France), Sotiris DEDES (Greece), Mesut DEDEOGLU (Turkey).
